Lochmann is responsible for leading and managing the firm’s client and partner relationships, while focusing on exceeding client expectations as Sitton Energy Solutions continues to expand.

Prior to working with IGEN, she was the Director of Sustainability and Public Engagement at Lewis and Clark Community College where she honed her skills in sustainability reporting and strategic partnership development. Lochmann holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Indiana University and a Master’s of Science in Environmental Science from Texas A&M University.  She serves on the St. Louis Clean Cities Board and is a member of the International Society of Sustainability Professionals and the US Green Building Council.
